What is EFT?
EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques is a powerful healing technique that involves tapping on specific energy points on the body while tuning into a specific issue to bring the body into a state of balance. EFT has also been called emotional acupuncture but without the needles.
EFT is widely used for anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, addictions, limiting beliefs, trauma, physical pain, bothersome memories, cravings, phobias, and so much more.
Since its creation in 1995 by Gary Craig, it has become one of the best-known and most researched alternative healing techniques in use today.
